Your card will be charged from PFG VENTURE GROUP from Ohio. All orders are subject to customary shipping charges. Therefore, whenever possible - group your company purchases together for greater cost effectiveness. If the item is back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail to let you know when we expect the item to be available. You can then let us know if you want to wait or cancel your order. If the item is no longer available, we will notify you of that and you can tell us if you want to substitute another item or cancel your order. When can I expect delivery? Your completed garments will deliver approximately 3 weeks from receipt of order. We offer numerous garment styles from different manufacturers. Your goods are ordered on an 'as needed' basis from these manufacturer locations. The items are then shipped to us for decoration. Trouble ordering?
